Places in live sessions and group experiences are reserved specifically for participants. Payments are therefore non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.

If Green Star Healing cancels a paid session and an appropriate alternative or rescheduled session cannot be provided, you will be offered a refund or credit, as appropriate.
By enrolling in a program or package, you are committing to the full program rather than purchasing individual sessions separately.
If you choose to withdraw after the program has begun, payments already made are generally non-refundable and any remaining payment obligations will be subject to the terms agreed to at the time of enrolment.
Any exceptional circumstances will be considered individually and at the discretion of Green Star Healing, subject always to your rights under applicable consumer law.
The work offered through Green Star Healing may include coaching, astrology, Akashic Records, energy work, meditation, spiritual practices and subconscious belief work.
These experiences are intended to support personal reflection, awareness and transformation, but individual experiences and results will vary. No particular emotional, spiritual, financial, business, relationship, health or other outcome is guaranteed.
Your purchase is for access to the service, experience, program or materials described, not for a guaranteed result.
Please choose your offering carefully. Refunds are not normally provided simply because you change your mind, decide the offering is no longer right for you, do not attend, do not complete the materials, or do not achieve the outcome you hoped for.
